Jobsite Theater is canceling all remaining performances of Hurlyburly due a personal emergency involving a lead actor. As a small but growing not-for-profit, Jobsite is not in the position to carry understudies, and there is no possible way the show can conclude its run with the given set of circumstances and the demands of this three-hour show. Jobsite hopes that anyone with a ticket to any of the remaining performances will consider applying the value of their tickets towards one of next season’s Jobsite plays or towards Jobsite season tickets, but full refunds are also available from the TBPAC Ticket Office at the window or by calling 813.229.STAR.
Jobsite is very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. In all of our years we’ve never had to cancel a single performance other than a situation due to an act of God.
We hope to see you all soon, between our Sept. 15 fundraiser at New World Brewery (We could use your financial support now more than ever!) and the start of our 0708 season with Gorey Stories, a play with music based on 18 short stories by Edward Gorey.
Thank you once again for your continued support of Jobsite.
