We’ve just finalized a relationship with our friends at Fodder & Shine (the new restaurant of Greg and Michelle Baker of James Beard-nominated Refinery fame) in Seminole Heights for our opening nights. They will be sponsoring opening night events that feature great food and drink (a full bar with some very special selections) in their beautiful, huge new space on Florida Avenue, just a short jump from the interstate with plenty of parking.
Fodder & Shine is the vision of Greg and Michelle Baker (The Refinery) who have been instrumental in redefining the area as a culinary destination. Fodder & Shine’s menu shines a light on Florida cracker heritage, approaching traditional dishes and drinks from Florida’s back-woods culture of the early to mid-1900s with a modern twist.
These opening night parties feature great food and drink in a casual and fun setting.
I hope you might consider joining us on Fri., May 1 for our first event as we open Sharr White’s Annapurna, and we’re doing it for the rest of the year (see below for more dates).
