April 23 is our annual Giving Challenge, a 24-hour online fundraiser where we will once again attempt to raise $35,000 — roughly one third of our 2024 Annual Campaign goal. Thanks to the generosity of our board and a grant from the Gobioff Foundation, we have $17,500 in matching funds available, halving the burden of what we need to raise on April 23 from good folks like you.
This year we are also accepting pledges in addition to hard donations that will count toward the match in certain conditions — please message us for details on how you can take advantage of this special offer!
As an added perk, we’re running drawings for cool stuff all day! You can hook-up Jobsite swag, tickets and experiences, and more while doubling the impact of your gift and helping us secure artist salaries in a difficult time.
Mark your calendars for April 23 to make a gift online to Jobsite through our website or Venmo @JobsiteTheater. If you’re not comfortable or able to give online you may also mail a check to P.O. Box 7975 Tampa FL 33673 no later than April 22 and we will count it toward our goal and it will be the first to get the match.
All gifts made online from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm will count toward the goal, and the first $17,500 to come in from all streams will get the $1 for $1 match.
Our annual campaign is central in maintaining the investment we’ve made in our artists this season. Sales and attendance are down from this time last year (I am nothing if not transparent — when it’s good and not), and the only way to ride the ebbs and floes of finicky audiences (in addition to the growing number of challenges in front of producing quality live theater) is through successful fundraising. By supporting our Annual Campaign, you help make sure we do everything in our power to offer a living wage.
Please join us on Tue., April 23, and have your gift (or pledge) matched $1 for $1. Your Friendly Neighborhood Theater Company thanks you in advance!
