Jason Vaughan Evans is thrilled to return to the "land of abridged comedy" with his favorite desperadoes. All three are proud to be led by Katrina "will you guys stop touching each other" Stevenson, who in her divine wisdom sent them to three different corners of the globe after America (abridged). David slaved for a year in the Australian outback atop Ayers Rock. There he taught young aborigines the two things they need to survive the coming changes in the world: the infamous "Pete Townsend Windmill" and how to drink a Guinness without using your hands. Shawn lounged for a year as a Geisha in Okinawa. He tapped in to his feminine side, and is now the expert of the three on "Lifetime" and "Oxygen" programming. Jason single-handedly fought Don Rickles in a knife fight just outside a resort in the Pocono's. After losing handily he spent the next year sending challenges to Phyllis Diller for a Cage Match. He was just recently released from custody and is still on probation. After a tearful reunion, the three vowed never to again part, and have sworn to bring the American people nothing but Comedy Gold! Jason is a founding member of Jobsite who has directed the critically-acclaimed productions of American Buffalo and True West. Recently stage appearances include Playing With Fire: After Frankenstein, Machinal, The March of the Kitefliers, Bloody Poetry, Cloud Nine, Murder Ballads, MAXWELL and American Stage's Romeo and Juliet. Jason graduated from Florida School of the Arts with a degree in musical theatre.

Shawn Paonessa was discovered as a baby in a wicker basket, floating down the Everglades' river of grass. A family of blue tongue mango voles raised him and turned him over to Wink Martindale, who educated him in the arts of humor, politics, and beer. He has been acting, writing, directing, and troublemaking with Jobsite since he played Donkey in their second production, Brownbread. Recently, Ms. Stevenson called Shawn to save Jason and David, who had locked themselves in a van down by the river for two years with their sock puppets, Don and Phyllis. Lured out with tales of geishas, goats, and Pete Townsend, Paonessa got them to lay off the "ginseng cocktails" and told them his new idea: to tour the (abridged) trilogy. Notable performances include The March of the Kitefliers, Playing With Fire: After Frankenstein, A Girl's Guide to Chaos, The History of the Devil, The Ruins, The Tibetan Book of the Dead, and Cloud 9. Shawn has also written with Neil Gobioff for many Jobsite productions, including The March of the Kitefliers, Breathing Oblivion, The Curse of Millhaven and Learning Swerve, which earned Best Local Playwright - Reader's Choice, Weekly Planet 1999.

Katrina Stevenson (Director, Prop-wrangler, Duds maker) first appeared with Jobsite in 2000 and is an actor, director, costumer and proud member of the board. Tampa audiences have witnessed the wackiness that is Katrina in such shows as Laughing Wild, The Crucible, Shear Madness, subUrbia, Dracula, Murder Ballads, Cloud 9, Delusion of Darkness, The Mineola Twins, Machinal, A Girl's Guide to Chaos and The March of the Kitefliers. In 2004, Katrina was voted Best Actress by the readers of the Weekly Planet (she still can't believe it). Katrina directorial credits include Bloody Poetry, The Tibetan Book of the Dead and the sold-out, I-laughed-so-hard-I-peed (abridged) productions. Katrina's costumes have been seen for the last few years in everything from Bloody Poetry to The Beauty Queen of Leenane. Her fabulous duds have also garnered a Weekly Planet Best of the Bay award and an Individual Artist Grant from the Hillsborough County Arts Council. Ever since she started directing the (abridged) shows, she dreams one day of a vacation in a nice padded room.
